Terms of Service
Scope
TheLooped is a private, internal tool operated exclusively by the TheLooped team. It is not distributed, licensed, sold, or made available to any third party, and there are no external users to whom obligations or rights are granted. These terms exist to document the conditions under which the tool operates.
Use of platform APIs
The application publishes content through the official APIs of the platforms we use. Its operation is governed by and complies with:
- the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy;
- the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies (Instagram and Facebook);
- the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
Permitted use
The tool is used solely to upload original, human-reviewed video and photo content to the social media accounts owned by the TheLooped team and to set that content's metadata. It is not used to access, collect, or process data belonging to other users or accounts on any platform.
